Clare graduated from the University of Queensland in 1999. She has worked in private practice in both the UK and Australia. As her physiotherapy career has progressed Clare found she has a real passion for treating hand and upper limb conditions. She loves the attention to detail that is required in this area and has specialised through extensive extra training and examination and was awarded the title of Accredited Hand Therapist by the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

She has consulted as a hand therapist across multiple professional sports. Prior to her move back to the UK in 2016, Clare held teaching roles at several universities in splinting and therapeutic management of upper limb conditions and worked as the Head Physiotherapist in Hand and Upper Limb Therapy at a major teaching hospital in Queensland, Australia.
 
Clare is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She is a member of the British Association of Hand Therapists, an Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association and has previously served as committee member of Shoulder and Elbow Physiotherapists Australasia (SEPA).
