Our Select Car Leasing Stadium and Winnersh Triangle Clinics are both easily accessible from the M4 and from central Reading with ample free car parking and regular public transport services to and from Reading's town centre and train station.
Located within the Select Car Leasing Stadium complex (formerly the Madejski Stadium) with 100s of free carparks, public transport connections and easy disabled access.
Onsite gym and pool facilities provide the perfect environment for personalised, comprehensive rehabilitation for injury, surgery and other conditions. We also offer a range of pilates classes each week.

Located on Winnersh Triangle Business Park in Reading, our Move HQ Clinic has free parking, good public transport connections (by train and bus) and easy disabled access.
Move HQ is a purpose-built gym space with a strong emphasis on strength & conditioning and performance. It offers facilities often only available to elite level athletes such as Vald testing equipment and an Alter G treadmill.

One Physiotherapy has partnered with Bradfield College in their pursuit of excellence in both staff and pupil welfare, and in sports and performing arts achievement.
We offer triage clinics as well as a comprehensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
