One Physiotherapy are proud to support Reading Hockey Club and look forward to continuing to work with the club's members to keep everyone in top condition.

​

This season we will continue holding performance squad triage appointments and full clinic sessions at Reading Hockey Club before and during Tuesday night training. Performance squad slots are 10 mins to prepare members for training. Full clinic sessions are 30 minute treatments, just like the appointments in our main clinics but at the club for your convenience.

Want to get in the best shape possible for the season ahead? Try our Pilates for Hockey classes. Consisting of 10 pre-recorded classes available for an annual subscription fee of £30.
