Physiotherapy

What we do...

We provide general physiotherapy for a very wide range of conditions. Some of the most common of these are:

  • joint pain

  • headaches

  • back and neck pain

  • sports injuries

  • tendon pathologies

  • pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation

  • complex or ambiguous musculoskeletal conditions

  • chronic pain conditions

  • multi-trauma (eg resulting from motor vehicle accidents)

  • musculoskeletal screening and injury prevention programs

Whilst our patients cover a wide spectrum of ages and physical activity levels, we have a particular interest and experience both in the female athlete, and in adolescent populations.

We also provide a number of specialist physiotherapy services including:

  • Cancer Rehabilitation

  • Hand & Upper Limb Physiotherapy

  • Paediatric Physiotherapy

  • Hydrotherapy

  • Athlete Screening

  • Orthotic Prescription

How we do it...

We take the time to comprehensively assess your condition and identify any factors that may limit your recovery or lead to recurrence of symptoms. We work with you to establish your goals and then combine this information to develop your personal treatment plan. Assessment and treatment usually involve a mix of hands-on treatment, advice and exercise to maximise your recovery.

Each of our clinic locations has access to excellent gym facilities and rehabilitation equipment. In addition to this we are able to incorporate Alter G Antigravity Treadmill work into our physiotherapy sessions at our Winnersh clinic and hydrotherapy programming at our clinic at Select Car Leasing Stadium.

We may not be able to do your exercises for you, however we try to make it as easy as possible to complete your rehab with our exercise programming software. You will be able to access video guides and written instruction for your personal program via a free app or desktop software.

While most appointments have now returned to face-to-face following the COVID-19 restrictions, we continue to offer virtual consultations to patients who prefer this option for any reason. More information can be found in our FAQs.

If you're unsure about whether physiotherapy is appropriate,  you are welcome to contact the clinic to speak with our team. In the event that physiotherapy isn't the right choice or you require a specialist physiotherapy service that we don't offer, we may be able to suggest another course of action or share contacts from our clinical network
